👶 Age & Accessibility

• Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge
• Guests under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times
• Our location in the historic Kensington Market building is staircase-access only; wheelchair accommodation is not available at this time
• Guests using a cane or walker are warmly welcome — our staff are glad to assist on the stairs upon request
• We are happy to arrange extra time, a quieter session, or in-place animal visits for guests with mobility or sensory needs — simply let us know when booking

⚠️ Interactive Encounters Are Not Available To:

• Children under 5 years of age
• Guests who are pregnant
• Guests over 65 years of age

These restrictions are in place solely for guest safety. All other Mystik experiences remain fully available.

⏰ Arrival & Timing

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete our welcome orientation
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their reserved spot, as sessions cannot be extended
• All session durations are strictly observed to ensure the best experience for every guest
• Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Reptile Jungle

💸 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: full refund, less a 5% payment processing fee
• Alternatively, reschedule or convert your booking to store credit at no cost (store credit valid for 30 days)
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable
• Walk-in and on-site payments are non-refundable
