👶 Age & Accessibility
- Children under 3 enter free
- Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Historic Kensington Market building with stairs only; wheelchairs cannot be accommodated at this time
- Guests using a cane or walker are welcome, and staff can assist down the stairs if you are comfortable with that
- Let us know if you need extra time, a quieter experience, or mobility support, including animal visits brought to you
⚠️ Interactive Encounters NOT Available To:
- Children under 5 years old
- Guests who are pregnant
- Seniors over age of 65
For safety reasons only. Non-interactive experiences still available.
⏰ Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for info session
- Arrivals 15+ min late may forfeit their spot
- Session durations are strictly enforced
- No food/drinks in Reptile Jungle
💸 Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 24+ hours before: Full refund (5% service fee)
- Or reschedule / get store credit at no cost (valid within 30 natural days)
- No refunds within 24 hours or no-shows
- Walk-in payments are non-refundable
