- Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)

⏰ Arrival & Timing
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for info session
- Arrivals 15+ min late may forfeit their spot
- Session durations are strictly enforced
- No food/drinks in Reptile Jungle
💸 Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancel 24+ hours before: Full refund (5% service fee)
- Or reschedule / get store credit at no cost (valid within 30 natural days)
- No refunds within 24 hours or no-shows
- Walk-in payments are non-refundable
